History Section
The Origin
In 1865, in Heilbronn, the Hof-Pianofortefabrik G. L. Nagel was founded. Its instruments soon became symbols of German craftsmanship and musical nobility.
Imperial Recognition
Nagel was appointed supplier to the Ottoman Imperial Court and, in 1906, to the Royal Court of Württemberg. Heilbronn became a cultural hub of excellence.
Golden Era
By the early 20th century, thousands of families and concert halls owned a Nagel piano. It was a mark of progress, culture, and German prestige.
War & Silence
In December 1944, bombing raids destroyed the Nagel factory. The brand disappeared. Surviving pianos became rare collectibles; the name fell silent for more than 80 years.
The Renaissance
In 2025, the silence ends. The piano factory rises once more in Heilbronn — a union of German heritage and modern precision. Not a business. A cherished passion.
